You will participate primarily in the java development across Windows and UNIX platforms utilizing various technologies associated with J2EE and open source software. Implement high quality code, adhering to design and coding standards Design and development of Web UI with J2EE and associated technologies Development of logistics applications in Java/J2EE technologies. Participate in reviews of software design and code Maintain software in an effective and efficient manner Develop customer-driven and funded solutions Develop productized workflow and UI extensions through technologies including i2 ABPP Education and Qualification: BE / B Tech / M Tech/ MCA in Computer Science or Engineering Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in XML, WSDL and or SOAP Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE Experience with Java Web UI development – GWT experience a plus Proven development track record of delivering quality software projects on time Experience with Web Servers, Web Application Servers (WebLogic and/or Websphere), Internet Security and Messaging Additional desirable skills: Experience with mature application development practices (e.g. build and test automation) Experience in SOA technologies is a plus Experience with i2 ABPP framework a plus Experience or Specialization in the Supply Chain Management domain.
