Job Description:
The Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Support team works together to provide the best and fastest resolution to customers needs by troubleshooting and correcting system errors, assisting customers with software installation and basic training questions, and interpreting complex financial models and advising on corrections. - Opportunity to work with Global BPC/Net weaver Enterprise Clients. - Opportunity to get trained on various EPM products. - Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions in complex environments by diagnosing and documenting all software errors encountered by customers, obtaining and analyzing log files and diagnostic material as appropriate. - Resolve known errors by means of SAP Notes, solved customer messages, and other available documentation. - Guide users through the software installation process. - Assist customers with performance and scalability issues in their environments. - Operate multiple Microsoft OS, database, and Excel environments to identify the source of software errors. · - Instruct users in basic software functionality. Experience: 1 to 8 Years Exp - Should have minimum of 1 year exp in SAP BPC/Netweaver. - Should have excellent communication skills. - Exposure to Business Objects would be added advantage. - Should have good troubleshooting skills. - Should be wiling to work in Night shifts.
